Supplied as part of a kit is this Rover K-Series Lightweight Flywheel designed, developed, developed, and manufactured in-house. It is made to the highest standards using high-grade steel, Nitride heat treatment with a Shot Peened surface treatment.

Developed and manufactured to professional motorsport standards keeping strength, durability and weight (mass) in mind.

Suitable for: Rover K-Series for PG1 gearbox

Starter Ring: Cut into the flywheel (Not a separate Ring Gear)
Mass: 4.78 Kg (10.53 lb)

NOTE: *It is a myth that a lightweight flywheel gives you more power. It doesn’t!

What it does achieve is it reduces the rotating mass and inertia in your vehicle. The result is your engine isn’t using valuable horsepower spinning up a heavy flywheel, it’s going straight to your wheels onto the road where you need it, with the bonus of making your car lighter.

We manufacture a range of bespoke Starter Motors made-to-order in a variety of Voltages, Toothed Gear, Long Nose, Short Nose and D.O.R. (CW/ACW) including High-Quality Billet Flywheels for Cosworth engines. Various clutch sizes and weights (Mass) in STD, LITE and custom specific developed.
