Precision Machining

At Ark Racing we have a range CAD/CAM facilities, and are able to produce CNC turned components, 3 and 4th axis machined parts. From one off prototype design and development work through to small production runs. We are also have a complete manual machine shop.

Gear Cutting

At Ark Racing we can cut spur gears, bevels, racks and pinions. We can also provide splining and keyway cutting,in a variety of sizes and dimensions.

Heat Treatment

At Ark Racing we can offer nitriding and nitrocarburising which are low temperature, low distortion heat treatments. These treatments are carried out to enhance the surface properties of finished or near finished ferrous components. This process may increase the parts resistance to tempering and improve its resistance to corrosion.

Surface Coating

At Ark Racing we can offer powder coating, anodising, nickel plating and zinc passivating. Improving the finished appearance of the products and corrosion resistance.

Customer Support

We provide ongoing support to help you gain full benefit from our products, this includes a refurbishing service for our starter motors, upgrading specifications, technical backup with installation queries, continuing to improve our products and services helping you keep a step ahead of the competition.
